As CEO of JazzHR/Jobvite/NXTThing RPO, Lamson is responsible for the company’s strategic direction, aggregate performance, and day-to-day business operations. Pete joined the combined company through the acquisition of JazzHR where he served as President & CEO.
Prior to JazzHR, Pete served as Carbonite Senior Vice President of Global Sales where he was a member of the IPO Team, responsible for Carbonite’s global sales organization and achievement of all revenue objectives.
Previously, Pete served as SVP & GM for NameMedia’s SMB-focused Domain Marketplace, and Chief Operating Officer of Monster Worldwide’s MonsterMoving business unit.

Peter Clare serves as President of Jobvite, an Employ Inc. brand. In his role, he oversees company health, growth, customer success, and maintaining cultural alignment across the business. He brings over 20 years of leadership experience in human capital management and specializes in driving exceptional customer experiences, building collaborative teams that execute business strategy, and growing companies at scale to impact society.
Mr. Clare has unique experience in managing companies to deliver for customers in the Fortune 500, including global banks, large healthcare organizations, and technology companies. In addition to his vast experience in product management, services, account management and sales, Mr. Clare served previously as Senior Vice President and General Manager at Talemetry, a leader and pioneer in marketing-focused recruitment software. He lives in Seattle with his wife and two children, and is involved in the music scene in his spare time.

Corey Berkey serves as Senior Vice President, People & Talent, at Employ Inc. In his role, he serves the JazzHR, Jobvite, and NXTThing RPO business units, overseeing all people-focused initiatives and talent acquisition efforts to build a world-class team. Mr. Berkey also manages engagement programs across the business to help keep employees engaged, connected, and focused on driving business results.
He is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SCP) and has worked within the corporate setting since 2004, with deep domain expertise that spans SMB to enterprise organizations. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and currently lives in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Allie Kelly serves as Chief Marketing Officer, where she oversees the shared services marketing organization for the JazzHR, Jobvite, and NXTThing brands. In her role, she leads the brand transformation of the business that aligns marketing, product, and sales to deliver an exceptional customer experience, while driving record revenue and customer growth. As a customer-centric marketing leader with core strengths in transformational change and growth-stage leadership, Allie has spent the last 16 years driving scalable, sustainable growth for B2B and B2C companies.
Prior to her current role, she served as Chief Marketing Officer of JazzHR. She has also held key marketing leadership positions at high-growth companies, including Attivio, SnapApp, and Lionbridge Technologies, Inc. Ms. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and received recognition as the Top 50 Women Leaders in SaaS from The Software Report in 2019. She is an avid skier, knowledge enthusiast, and aspiring surfer.

Joe serves as Jobvite’s Chief Revenue Officer and is responsible for the company’s growth.

Prior to joining Jobvite, Joe had various leadership roles with increasing responsibility for high-growth and customer-oriented SaaS companies such as Baker Hill, Experian, ExactTarget, Salesforce and Bluelock.

Chris Le Breton serves as Senior Vice President of Strategic Initiatives. Previously, he was co-founder and CEO of RolePoint, a talent acquisition platform founded in the Bay Area, focused on internal mobility and employee referral solutions, prior to its acquisition by Jobvite. Mr. Le Breton studied at University College London, and after his graduation, he worked at Deutsche Bank.

Zach has built a career on using data to drive operational outcomes. He has worked for large and small companies alike, building engineering and operations teams, with a clear focus on delivering predictable and repeatable outcomes. He is now focusing his efforts on the HR and TA space, as SVP of Operations at Jobvite, working with employers to better navigate the hiring processes and ways to improve the speed and experience for both recruiters and candidates.
Zach came to Jobvite through the acquisition of Canvas, the first text-based intelligent interviewing system that empowered organizations and recruiters to screen more job candidates and market employment brands, as an early member of the new startup. Prior to Canvas, he was with Apparatus and Virtusa, where he conceived, designed and built an industry-leading automation and business intelligence practice, while presiding over employees located across the world. He was a key player during the 2015 sale of Apparatus to Virtusa. His resume boasts leadership positions at ExactTarget (now Salesforce Marketing Cloud), ChaCha Search, Inc., DePuy Orthopaedics, Inc. (a Johnson & Johnson Company), and Outer Communications, and has served as an Adjunct Professor for an MBA-level class in Entrepreneurial Finance at Butler University.

Dwaine Maltais serves as Senior Vice President of Product and Strategy. After starting in recruiting technology in 1994, he founded the world’s first job distribution technology platform, SmartPost. He then joined Bernard Hodes Group in 1999 through the acquisition of his company forming their e-Recruiting Solutions division, where he launched the award-winning Hodes iQ ATS platform in 2001. Through an acquisition of Hodes iQ, Maltais was then an EVP of Technomedia, a talent management technology provider, where he led U.S. operations and global corporate executive functions.
In late 2016, he followed his entrepreneurial passion to co-found Talentegy maintaining a deep commitment to aligning client success with innovation in support of a company’s most important resource, its talent. In 2020, Talentegy was acquired by Jobvite, a leading talent acquisition suite, and Mr. Maltais now serves as the head of product and strategy for the global organization.
